QHSE as work style !

There are featured institutions aim to rise the human value, and their Top Managements are committed and responsible direct responsibility about the employee’s, and provide them with a better working environment, taking into account quality, health, safety and environment and provide them with all the motivators for excellent performance. Also, taking into account the moral side and thus by award the distinguished employee’s for their diligent performance.

These institutions develop the QHSE culture and encourage creating behavioral style to be part of the daily behavior which is move with the person wherever he go, at work or at home where the pain is bigger and sadness is wider for any accident or death.

Such kind of these institutions customize day called (QHSE Day), and may agree a meaningful day or an achievement to give the Day additional value, and the objective of this day memory can be as follow:

·         To show the top management commitment and ongoing interest in the QHSE MS, and thus safety culture and to make it from the priorities and stated goals not less than any other aim.

·         Share the employee’s and their families to promote a safety culture and make it one of the family’s priorities and the new generation priorities and train them to commit by the essentials and rules.

·         Rewarding outstanding and committed employees, who had initiative efforts and innovations in the QHSE field for better performance.

·         Rewarding various departments and which gave QHSE priority and interest and contributed to the creation of programs and projects illustrate this commitment and attention.

·         Create an annual platform for studies and ideas and host speakers, with experience and expertise especially from the developed countries with experience and expertise to provide successful models and set examples that can be followed in Sudan.

·         Encourage networking among the employees of the company and their leaders and consultation that would return win and upgrade and perfect performance.

From this platform we call upon all employees with a full readiness to participate in the QHSE programs which will be held on 23-24 November 2010, the programs classify into:

·         Social dinner where some messages, activities, competitions and gifts for all.

·         Workshop includes four scientific papers in the QHSE areas, and includes speakers from inside and outside Sudan, to transfer successful experiences and technical consultation plus publications.
